Project Panorama
A WordPress based project management system. It allows creation of timelines with milestones, phases and tasks.
It was originally designed for agencies to allow clients to look in and see how their projects are doing. We expect it can be used similarly for us.

WS Desk
Ticket tracking for support and requesting resources from other departments.
This isn’t intended as a task system per se. It’s intended to allow requesters to see that their request is being dealt with. That probably involves creating a project to keep track.
In many cases, we only need the front end. But anyone who is dealing with Tickets will need to be assigned the appropriate WSDesk Role in WordPress. This can be done by any admin. Please contact crew-support@conzealand.nz if you need access.

Events Manager
A pretty good (and cheap for the premium version) events manager. We still need to work it out. By default it’s pretty plain. But should be stylable and configurable to what we need.
Useful for internal events like meetings and so on.
